Casa Ana - El Capistrano Village
El Capistrano Village is built in Andalucian style where a mixture of villas, pueblos and apartments are set amongst beautiful gardens and walkways. Many of the homes are lived in all year round so there is a restaurant, bar, well stocked supermarket and 3 supervised swimming pools. El Capistrano Village is situated to the east of Nerja, just a flat 20 minute walk from the town. The main Burriana beach is 5 minutes by car and the local bus runs all day on a circular route through the Village to the town and beach.
Accommodation:
This is a really bright and amazingly spacious 2 bedroom pueblo, situated on the ground floor, with a large terrace and small garden. The main bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading onto one part of the terrace, while the second bedroom has one double bed and two further full sized single beds. Between the two rooms is the large modern bathroom. The open plan living room also leads onto the terrace through patio doors and has a feature open fireplace. There are two large sofas both converting into additional single sleeping beds. The fully
equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances needed for a relaxing holiday. Casa Ana is priced for up to 6 people and has great flexibilty to suit your particular group's sleeping arrangements.
Outside: There is a small private walled garden and a part shaded terrace with loungers and a table and chairs for meals alfresco. Through the wrought iron gate is the pretty pathway leading to the Pueblo swimming pool opposite. The pool has a poolside snack bar and is just one of 3 pools within El Capistrano Village. Car
parking is in the road directly behind the property.
Equipment: Microwave Oven, Cable TV with DVD player, Radio Cassette. Internet/wifi connection now installed. Bedlinen and towels included - Please bring Beach
Towels. Cleaning prior and after your holiday. Extra in week cleaning can be
arranged at additional cost. (2- week bookings receive mid weekend maid service).
The main change over day is Saturday, but it maybe possible to start on other days, depending on bookings.
