This well appointed, air conditioned one bedroom, first floor apartment enjoys a central position in the garden 'village' of El Capistrano. There is easy access via a marble staircase or by lift. The entrance hall opens into the dining and lounge area with patio doors leading onto a very large terrace. There is an arch way into the kitchen corner. The bedroom has twin beds and its own patio door also onto the terrace. There is a large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower over. There are views to the mountains and over the pretty walkways from the terrace. Sleeping for the third person is using a sofa bed in the lounge.
The apartment is conveniently situated for the communal pools, restaurant and supermarket. El Capistrano Village is built in Andalucian style and the mixture of villas, pueblos and apartments are set amongst beautiful gardens and walkways. Many of the homes are lived in all year round and so there is the advantage of an indoor pool and sauna for winter use.

Equipment: Air Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD player, Radio/Cassette/CD player, Hairdryer, Microwave oven. Bedlinen and Towels included - Please bring Beach Towels. Cleaning prior and after your holiday. Extra cleaning can be arranged at additional cost. (2 week bookings receive mid weekend maid service)
The main change over day is Saturday, but it maybe possible to start on other days, depending on bookings.
