A Relaxing Boating Holiday:
The River Wey holds untold delights at every bend, and a narrow boat offers the perfect opportunity to have a relaxing holiday, enabling you to unwind from the pressures of everyday living.
It offers the chance to experience the lovely county of Surrey from a very different angle. Feel free to explore local villages, discover riverside pubs, see the ruins of Newark Priory and the world famous horticultural gardens at Wisley. Your cruising area covers the River Wey, the Royal River Thames and - subject to conditions- the Basingstoke Canal, giving approximately 170 miles of navigation to explore. This will give you plenty to do, wheither you choose a short break, week or fortnight holiday.
Accommodation:
Built in 2008, Green Haven is a luxury boat, ideal for 2 persons. She has a modern and light interior with a high specification. The interior fittings are stainless steel and the furniture is made of solid wood. As you would expect, all 'home comforts' are on-board, including a full size electric fridge, microwave oven, colour television with dvd and digital radio and hair dryer. You can charge your mobile phone by bringing a cigarette type charging lead. There is central heating in the cabins. Bed linen is included in the price, but you will need to bring your own towels unless travelling from abroad. Sorry, no pets are allowed on this boat.
Green Haven has a cruiser style stern with a seating rail and in the front cockpit there are seats on either side.
Other features include:
- In the rear cabin - a fixed 1.9m double bed.
- Large bathroom with ceramic basin set in a granite top, a pump-out toilet and large shower area.
- The galley has granite work surfaces, a household-size electric fridge, gas oven with hobs and stainless steel sink.
- The dining area next to the galley will seat 4 people and the saloon features an L-shaped sofa. Double opening doors pass through to the front cockpit.

2010 Prices:
Saturday start dates are shown. However Green Haven can be hired to start on other days of the week - just tell us when you would to come and we will advise you if it is possible.
PRICES IN RED FOR 3 NIGHT WEEKED AND 4 NIGHT MIDWEEK BREAKS:
Either 3 nights Saturday to Tuesday, or 4 nights Tuesday to Saturday. Start time is approximately 2.30pm and boats must be returned by 9.30am on the end day.
PRICES IN GREEN FOR 7 NIGHT BREAKS (OR LONGER):
For 10/11 night holidays, add 50% of the following week's charge.

The charge for Green Haven includes - fuel, gas, bed linen, car parking for 1 car and cancellation insurance. Sorry, no pets are allowed on this boat.
To book Green Haven you must pay a booking deposit of between £125 and £180. The balance of your hire including a security damage waiver of £40 is due 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you book within 10 weeks, then you must pay the full hire charge.
